£18 per month
As part of this agreement, customers must pay their monthly payment to Us as it falls due. Failure to adhere, may result in Us charging a £25.00 late payment fee, per late payment, that will be raised as an Additional Charge to You.
If You owe Us a debt for a period of time, We may also add interest to the debt at a rate of 3% above the Barclays base rate.
The Suppliers may raise additional charges for missing a scheduled appointment. If this happens, We will pass the Cost to You via an Additional Charge.
An exit fee of £60.00 per fuel may be applied if supply leaves Tru mid term and there's no change of tenancy.
An exit fee of £50.00 per fuel may be applied if supply leaves British Gas mid term and there's no change of tenancy.
An exit fee of £60.00 per fuel may be applied if supply leaves Tru Energy mid term and there's no change of tenancy.
Where we need to install a new meter to replace and existing Pre Payment Meter we will arrange a suitable appointment with an engineer but if you do not attend you may be charged up to £40. Likewise in the event of a engineer failing to attend the appointment you will be entitled to up to £40 credit to your account as compensation
