Will energy price changes affect my bills?

The price of energy can change depending on government policy changes. Here's the latest government policy changes to affect energy prices:

• The Energy Price Guarantee is no longer set at £2500 until 2024 but will increase to £3000 a year in April 2023 after a policy update by the new Chancellor, Jeremy Hunt.
• A government grant to decrease energy bills by £400 over winter is ending in March '23. 

We'll be updating all customers with a new price on or before March 1st.
