If you decide to purchase any utility packages through the Website we may ask you for the details needed to process any payment that is required by the third-party gateway provider.

If you are a One Utility Bill package holder we will share your personal details with our partner providers to ensure registration of your utilities and services at your provided address.
For individuals, we will use your personal data to provide you with the utility management services that we provide as agreed by you, to manage your account and to email you about service progress, updates, reminders, for individuals, includes meter reading alerts, high usage alerts, renewal reminders and emails about your utilities and services that are relevant to your fields of interest, such as high usage alerts.
If you are registering with the Website because you have an interest in our services, your details will only be used to communicate with you about services that are relevant to your fields of interest, to manage your account and to put you in touch with the relevant third party providers.
How we store and secure the information we collect

Your personal data is stored on our servers which are in the European Economic Area. How long do we store data for
We retain Personal Information that you provide us as long as we consider it potentially useful in contacting you about the Service or our other services, or as needed to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements, and then we securely delete the information. In the event that you register on the Website as being interested in our utility management services, we will only send you information which relates to our utility management services unless you specifically opt into receiving marketing material about other products and services through contacting our Customer Support team.
In the event that you register on the Website as an individual or organisation interested in our products or services, we will only send you information related to these products unless you specifically opt into receiving marketing material through the contact preferences section of your account.
If you consent to receive marketing material using your contact preferences you may change your mind at any time by opting out of the email you received or by contacting our Customer Support team.
You can also amend the contact preferences in your account to stop us from contacting you in connection with the utility management or software products available through the Website for which you register when you set up your account, however if you are still in contract with us we will contact you with important information relating to our service we provide with you.
