Do I have a water allowance?

Yes, you will have a water allowance, however, water meters are usually hard to gain access to and are outdoors. Most water providers will aim to take readings every 6 months. We will advise you when we receive one and if your water usage is in excess of your allowance, we will inform you via email.

If you have an internal water meter, you’ll need to send us your readings. You can do this by making a note/taking a picture of the reading on your meter and drop it over to us via email to support@fusedbills.co.uk or upload it to your online account from your dashboard.

What do I do if I have a water leak?

If the leak is inside your house, contact your landlord or property manager. If the leak is not inside the house, contact your local water distributor.
