Do I have a water allowance?

No, you have no water allowances. If you have a water meter, you’ll need to send us your readings. You can do this by making a note/taking a picture of the reading on your meter and drop it over to us via email to support@fusedbills.co.uk or upload it to your online account.

What do I do if I have a water leak?

If the leak is inside your house, contact your landlord or property manager. If the leak is not inside the house, contact your local water distributor. If you’re not sure who this is, contact us at support@fusedbills.co.uk and we’ll point you in the right direction.
