What TV packages can I get?

The TV package you can get depends on your broadband package. We currently have the following options:

Player Bundle (70+ channels) with 100mb broadband

Player Bundle (70+ channels) with 200mb broadband

Player Bundle (70+ channels) with 300mb broadband

Mix Bundle (150+ channels) with 100mb broadband

Mix Bundle (150+ channels) with 200mb broadband

Mix Bundle (150+ channels) with 300mb broadband

Fun Bundle (180+ channels) with 100mb broadband

Fun Bundle (180+ channels) with 200mb broadband

Fun Bundle (180+ channels) with 300mb broadband

But if you want anything different, just get in touch via live chat or by calling 0113 244 1010 and we’ll get it sorted.

Do I need to buy a TV package?

No not at all, it’s totally up to you.

Who is my TV provider?

If you’re in a Virgin Media cabled area your TV package will be provided by Virgin Media.

If you can’t get Virgin Media at your property, then we usually use Sky who also offer a great deal.

What do I do if the TV isn’t working?

Don’t start crying just yet.
